Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared by our dedicated team on business days (Monday–Friday; statutory holidays excluded). We usually ship in 4 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. For buyers in the U.S., we’ve streamlined shipping via our American distribution center, meaning no unexpected customs fees. Please rest assured that we’re dispatching as quickly as possible; however, please plan for up to 15 business days in transit, since we rely on current stock availability at our U.S. hub.
